However, shipping couriers remain severely impacted and your order may be delayed from the below listed shipping frames. As always, we are working hard to ensure customer satisfaction, so please contact our customer support team should you require assistance or have order inquiries.
General Processing & Shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and to receive tracking information once your order has been placed. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages will not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please ensure you have properly addressed your order and check e-mail spam folder(s) for tracking and delivery emails.

my own muse. works hard to ensure our customers have an optimal shopping experience. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to return a full refund for unworn (including original tags attached), unused, unwashed, and re-packaged items. For clarity, your return must be stain, makeup, deodorant, smell, and defect-free to be eligible for refund. Eligible returns received within fourteen (14) days of delivery will be refunded to the payment method associated with your order.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this time. All expenses associated with returning your item(s) will be responsibility of the customer. Please note, we are unable to accept any returns of intimate items (e.g., undergarments, bodysuits, swim) and they, along with sale items, are final sale.
